Do you have a retail store?

No, unfortunately we do not! We operate from our home and handle all orders from our little office. There is no physical store front, though occasionally we do have pop up events around the city.

 Do you offer Refunds?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

My item is incorrect/ damaged!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you feel you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damaged goods from mishandling with the USPS. You may file a claim with the USPS if your order was shipped priority.

How long does shipping take?

All paid orders will ship in 3-5 business days from the date of the order being placed. We take great care with our packing and shipping. All orders will be shipped in Flat Rate boxes or envelopes with the USPS unless otherwise noted.

We are not responsible for items arriving damaged, broken, or not at all due to the mishandling of the USPS. Shipping priority with the USPS ensures that any package has $50 insurance included. If you would like to add additional insurance to your package, you must let us know before your order is shipped. We must charge you for the additional insurance fee associated with adding insurance to a package. If your items arrive damaged, you may file a claim with the USPS if it was shipped Priority.
